GUEST ROOM

I think this has been our biggest transformation yet. The guest room is downstairs and had gone through a few changes before we even began. It was going to be a family room, then a guest/family room and now it is pretty just the guest room, along with some much needed downstairs "toy keeping". There is a bathroom in this room that has needed work for several years. This had been its state for some time...







It has now been gutted...

And has plans to be turned into a simple, white guest bathroom within the year. In the meantime, the room is finished and has already had lots of guests. I would still love to get a cozy armchair and mirror in there - maybe something for over the bed, like new wall lamps or something else...all in time. Before and afters:
