Sweet Baby Girl

My girl, who's not so much of a baby anymore - you're two!!  (I can hear you saying "twooo" in your cutest voice).  You continue to melt my heart more and more as you grow and show me more of your personality.  This journey we have been on for 2 years has found me falling deeper and deeper in love.

I threw a garden birthday party for you because you love being outside and talking about things you discover.  We picked flowers and put them in vases all around and decorated with bright colors which remind me so much of your personality.  I found some plastic bugs, worm and creepy crawleys at the dollar store that I hot glued to vases and cups and had "crawling" around the food.  A typical little girl throwing a garden party would probably never want this, but you are not typical, little lady bug!

You saw the bugs and LOVED THEM!  3 wks later you are still carrying them around and playing with them and talking about them.  Just yesterday you picked up a very large worm and placed it on my leg to show me.  You are just so curious and love life so much!

Eliana Abigail, at age 2 you are:
*just beginning to go potty and are so proud of yourself when you do!
*one who loves being the center of attention
*one that has a fake laugh and will use it on demand - "I so funny, mama!"
*one with quite a little temper and will scream at such high decibals when you are upset
*a great sister to Addison.  You have done so many good things for that boy!
*scared of heights!
*almost a vegetarian (unless i can sneak in some meat undiscovered by you)
*very very verbal.  hearing you come up with huge sentences in your sweet little voice make us smile.
*funny!  sweet!  affectionate! stubborn!
*still quite attached to "piggy"
*one that can play quite independently on your own
*a book lover - if you let us get a word in!
*one that LOVES animals.  you will get completely sidetracked with any animal - dog, squirrel, bird, etc.
*miss independent.  you are off and on your own where ever we go - making friends, playing alone, discovering something!

I love you so, my sweet sweet girl, and am so blessed to have you as my one and only daughter!!!
