Bits and Pieces

For today, March 3rd, 2011...


Outside my window...The sun is shining, the flag is billowing - it's very windy.  AND I still see lots and lots of snow :(  Every morning Addison rips (pretty much!)  his shades up and looks for any speck of grass he can spy.

I am thinking...speaking of Addison, I wonder when he is getting home?  He has been at his best friend's all day and I've been able to get SO MUCH DONE!

I am thankful for...my husband.  I just saw his head walking by the window.  He took me out to dinner last night and it was delightful.

From the kitchen...good question!  I've been wondering all day what I'm going to make tonight.  There is thawed chicken breast in the fridge...

I am wearing...the workout clothes I put on at 6am this morning when I went to the gym.  I know, kind of yuck, but I've been cleaning all day - it's okay...

I am going...no where!!

I am reading...I'm kind of in between books.  I just started The Hobbit again until I find something else.

I am hearing...KLOVE in the background, but no screaming baby!  He just fell asleep - aaah!

Around the house...it's looking cleaner!  Slowly putting laundry and toys away.

On my mind...a lot.  I have a large to-do list that I keep wondering when I'm going to get to!

Noticing that...there are a few bulbs popping up around.  I see their tiny green heads pushing out of the dirt.  Also, there was a forsythia that had started blooming outside the library - CRAZY!  way too early!

One of my favorite things...A book, Starbucks (or any good coffee shop), coffee and people watching/listening (all at the same time).
